This year, and every year, there seems to be issues with CPS provided transportation by outside vendors. Parents have asked how to keep the vendors accountable and these are the steps:
1. Keep track of the issues. Document, document, document. 2. When issues arise, parents should email Student Transportation and Procurement within CPS.
