After the Chicago Tribune's 'Betrayed' series, led to investigations and the hiring of independent monitor, Maggie Hickey, to investigate further.
This led to the release of the Hickey Report and the Office of the Inspector General taking a significant role in investigating and monitoring CPS' progress in reducing this very serious problem. Chicago Public Schools created a Title IX office to help with ensuring safety for our students.

Title IX reporting and resources Parents can work through their schools to report any suspected issue or give a call to the Office of Student Protections. OSP can be reached 7AM to 6PM at 773-535-4400. If you need to report adult/child allegations, please report to OIG.
